Divaris Real Estate Announces $21 Million and 185,028 Square Feet in Completed Transactions for March 2019

VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of 41 transactions totaling $20,982,033 and 185,028 square feet of sold, leased and renewed commercial property throughout Virginia; North Carolina and metropolitan Washington, DC markets in March 2019.

Sales Transactions

  • Airport Drive Real Estate Investment, LLC purchased the18,000-square foot Airport Drive Shopping Center at 51-73 South Airport Drive in Henrico, Virginia, from Airport Drive Shopping Center, LLC for $1,610,000.  John Madures brokered the sale on behalf of the seller.
  • International Marine Products, Inc. sold a 7,500-square-foot retail building at 1008 Granby Street in Norfolk to 1008 Granby Street, LLC.  for $365,000.  Missy Martinovich represented both the buyer and the seller.
  • Fotis Xyderis purchased the 4,400-square-foot office/warehouse property at 54 Cedar Fork Road in Richmond from Jong K. Lim for $350,000.   John Madures represented the seller.Lease Transactions
    • W.S. Badcock Corporation leased 15,941 square feet of retail space in Gateway Park Shopping Center at 1301 West Broad Street in Waynesboro, Va.  Sara Goodall and Brett McNamee represented the landlord.
