Tysons, VA (February 14th, 2022) – Divaris Real Estate, Inc. is pleased to announce that Benning Market, located at 3451 Benning Road NE, Washington D.C., has signed its second tenant. The healthcare provider AccentCare, Inc. will take 3,928 SF on the second floor, leaving 2,209 SF office/ retail space vacant in the project. The Benning Market is a newly delivered, 13,200 SF building located at the intersection of Benning Road NE and I-295 and sits across from the planned extension of the DC Streetcar system.
