CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of the following lease renewal, totaling 3,260 square feet of retail space, in Durham, North Carolina.
Saloncentric renewed its lease for 3,260 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Patterson Place located at 3616 Witherspoon Boulevard in Durham. Other tenants in the shopping center include: A.C. Moore, Bed Bath & Beyond, Sherwin Williams, Music & Arts, Peony Asian Bistro, Weight Watchers, Menchie’s and Learning Express. DRE’s Charles Neil and Diana Teitsma represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
