Divaris Real Estate’s Hampton Roads Office Negotiates Seven Transactions Totaling 17,864 Square Feet

VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of the following seven transactions in the Hampton Roads market totaling 17,864 square feet of new and renewed commercial space.

New Transactions

Howard Hanna William E. Wood & Associates leased 6,521 square feet of office space located at 740 Thimble Shoals Boulevard in Newport News, Va.  DRE’s Jason Oliver and Alex Divaris represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

 

Jeremiah A. Denton III, P.C. leased 1,897 square feet of office space in the 3300 South Building located at 397 Little Neck Road in Virginia Beach.  DRE’s Vivian Turok represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

America’s Best Wings leased 1,800 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Parkway Marketplace located at 5020 Ferrell Parkway in Virginia Beach.  DRE’s George Fox represented the landlord, Armada Hoffler, in the lease negotiations.  America’s Best Wings, a Maryland-based restaurant franchise with over 30 locations in Maryland and Virginia, brings the Food Lion-anchored Parkway Marketplace to 100 percent leased.  Other tenants in the property include Rite Aid, Gamestop, Verizon and GNC.

 

GEM TITLE leased 1,782 square feet of office space in Divaris-leased and -managed Union Bank building located at 603 Pilot House Drive in Newport News.  DRE’s Karen Beale represented the landlord in the lease negotiation.   The lease represents a relocation and expansion of premises for the established title company.

 

Renewed Leases

Trudeau and Domark Endodontics renewed its lease for 2,584 square feet of office space in Harbour Breeze Professional Center located at 1510 Breezeport Way in Suffolk, Va. DRE’s Krista Costa and Katherine Olson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Tidewater Physical Therapy renewed its lease for 2,300 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Chesapeake Square Medical Plaza located at 4020 Raintree Road in Chesapeake, Va.  DRE’s Chris Bendit and Eric Hammond represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

 

Jones Art Gallery renewed its lease for 980 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Town Center Block 10 located at 184 Central Park Avenue in Virginia Beach.  Sezin Cortinas, Erica Rorrer and Gerald Divaris represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
