Divaris Real Estate’s Washington DC Office Negotiates Four Transactions for 8,497 Square Feet

TYSONS CORNER, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of the following transactions in the greater Washington, DC metropolitan market, totaling 8,497 square feet of retail space.

Chicken Zone leased 4,314 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased The Mark at Dulles Station located at 2323 Dulles Station Boulevard in Herndon, Va.  Brandon Howard of DRE’s DC office represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Domino’s Pizza leased 1,600 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Marlow Heights Shopping Center located at 4269 Branch Avenue in Temple Hills, Maryland.  DRE’s Joe Farina and Chris Saa represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Edible Arrangements leased 1,583 square feet of retail space in Honeygo Village Center located at 5009 Honeygo Center Drive in Perry Hall, Md.  DRE’s Susan McGee represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Southern Maryland Driving Academy leased 1,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Chapline Place Shopping Center located at 764 Prince Frederick Boulevard in Prince Frederick, Md.  The Weis grocery-anchored center includes IHOP Restaurant, Rita’s Italian Ice, and Allstate Insurance.  DRE’s Rob Gray represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
