VIRGINIA BEACH, VA: Michael B. Divaris, president of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of four leases totaling 28,221 square feet of office space across the Southside of Hampton Roads, Virginia. Negotiations were handled through the Virginia Beach office of DRE.
HDR Engineering, Inc., signed a lease for 18,486 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and –managed building located at 249 Central Park Avenue in Virginia Beach. HDR Engineering specializes in engineering, architecture, environmental and construction services in 225 locations around the world. Located on Block Three of the Town Center of Virginia Beach, 249 Central Park Avenue is home to first-floor tenants Brooks Brothers, The Cheesecake Factory, Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant and Keagan’s Irish Pub. Vivian Turok, Krista Costa and Michael Divaris represented the landlord, Greenbrier Technology Center II Associates, LLC, in the lease negotiations.
Rack & Moccia, P.C. leased 5,920 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and –managed Armada Hoffler Office Tower at 222 Central Park Avenue in the Town Center of Virginia Beach. The law practice is relocating from 249 Central Park Avenue to make room for HDR Engineering. The firm’s practice areas are focused on estate planning, elder law, fiduciary services, taxation, litigation and charitable entities. Other notable tenants in the iconic building include: Troutman Sanders, Morgan Stanley, Williams Mullen, Willcox Savage, Cherry Bekaert, Faggert Frieden, and Thomas Rutherfoord. The landlord, Armada Hoffler Tower 4, LLC, was represented by DRE’s Michael Divaris, Turok and Costa.
Riverpoint Psychiatric Associates leased 2,326 square feet of office space in the DePaul Medical building located at 155 Kingsley Lane in Norfolk. The medical practice offers individual, marital and family therapy, medication management, psychological evaluations, professional and personal coaching and informative seminars. Divaris’ Turok and Elizabeth Greer represented the tenant in negotiations with the landlord, Norfolk MOB Owners, LLC.
The Law Office of Peter S. Lake, PC leased 1,489 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Southport Centre located at 4525 South Boulevard in Virginia Beach. Peter Stevenson Lake specializes in the practice of debt and bankruptcy law. Chris Bendit and Elizabeth Paasch of Divaris Real Estate handled the lease on behalf of the landlord, Southport College Building, LLC.
