Red Bridge Floral and Marketplace leased 1,728 square feet of retail space in The Shoppes at University Place, a shopping center featuring 38 retailers near the University of North Carolina, Charlotte. Red Bridge Floral and Marketplace offers a unique assortment of gifts, home décor and floral arrangements. They share the shopping center with Sam’s Club, Talbot’s Outlet, Chico’s Outlet, Applebee’s, Rooms To Go, Gamestop and more.
MetroPCS leased 1,706 square feet of retail space in Pawtuckett Shopping Center on Moores Chapel Road in Charlotte. MetroPCS is a prepaid wireless service that is part of T-Mobile US, Inc. and provides nationwide talk, text, and data plans. They are joined in the retail center by Dollar General, Transit Damage Freight, NAC Tech Solutions and more.
