Moses Tucker Partners to Take Over Management of Union Plaza

Little Rock, AR (January 10, 2022) — Moses Tucker Partners today announced that effective immediately the Union Plaza Building, one of downtown Little Rock’s largest office buildings, will be managed and leased by Moses Tucker Partners. Union Plaza contains approximately 235,704 square feet and is currently 95% occupied. The building was developed in the late 1960’s and served as the home of Union National Bank until its merger with what is now Bank of America. Today the building is owned by Little Rock Union Plaza, LLC of Tucson, Arizona.

Chris Moses, Chief Executive Officer with Moses Tucker Partners, said, “We are delighted to add this outstanding property to our portfolio. Our company is based in downtown Little Rock and we have a long history of building and developing our downtown”.

Jennifer Lester, Chief Operating Officer with Moses Tucker Partners, will oversee the property. Lester recently re-joined the firm and brings over 20 years of experience to this assignment. “Union Plaza is one of just a few downtown hi-rises that is over 90% leased. It has excellent tenant base, and the building is in first class condition,” said Lester.

At 21 stories, the Union Plaza Building is one of Little Rock’s tallest office buildings. In addition to the building, the property includes an adjacent 300 space parking garage.
