OLD BRIDGE, N.J. (3/29/16) – Retail leasing specialists R.J. Brunelli & Co., Inc., today announced that it has been selected by State Tire auto repair centers as exclusive broker for New Jersey.
State Tire is seeking 5,000- to 7,000-square-foot freestanding, shopping center pad or endcap locations with parking for a minimum of 20 cars in high traffic retail areas with a minimum average daily traffic count of 15,000 cars. Both new and existing buildings would be considered. The chain is initially focusing on Howell and Freehold in Monmouth County and Old Bridge in Middlesex County, according to R.J. Brunelli account manager Patti Fiore.
Founded in 1989, State Tire currently has locations in Forked River, Manahawkin and Wall serving customers throughout Ocean and Monmouth counties.
