Tonya Gottesman Joins Logic Commercial Real Estate

The Berg Advisory Group is proud to welcome Tonya Gottesman to their investment sales team. Tonya will focus on managing the team’s listing portfolio with an emphasis on marketing. Tonya will also interface with existing clients and manage their escrow inventory.

Tonya began her real estate career with CBRE on a large corporate services team in Downtown Los Angeles working on all aspects of office brokerage, project management and marketing. From there she moved to the CBRE South Bay Torrance office where she performed retail and office brokerage, representing landlords and tenants. Due to her effective work with landlords, she joined The Cadman Group, a private principal owner based in El Segundo, CA, who managed and operated their own portfolio of properties. This opportunity gave her the ability to view commercial real estate from an owner’s perspective, thus broadening her experience.  

Tonya received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin in Kinesiology with a minor in Business. During her spare time, she enjoys time with her 3 girls and husband. She is an avid runner and loves the outdoors. Tonya enjoys giving back to the community and volunteers her time with various organizations in Southern Nevada.

In the 3rd quarter of 2018, The Berg Advisory Group closed $34,500,000 in sales, and currently has over $80,000,000 listed in inventory. The team is led by Jeff Berg and Mica Berg, who each have over 13 years of experience in commercial real estate sales.
