(DRE), announced the signing of two leases for 7,050 square feet of retail space in 5th Street Station, a 465,000-square-foot shopping center located on 72 acres in Charlottesville, Virginia. Lease negotiations were handled on behalf of the landlord, 5th Street Station Ventures, LLC, by Larry Agnew, Mary McGovern, Zach Means and Erica Rorrer of DRE. Previously announced leases in 5th Street Station include Wegmans, Field & Stream, Haverty’s Furniture, A.C. Moore, PetSmart, Timberwood Tap House, Panera Bread, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Hand & Stone, Verizon Wireless and Red Mango.

Martha Jefferson Hospital leased 4,000 square feet of space located at 5th Street and Bent Creek Parkway.  The space will be used for an outpatient/urgent care facility.  Since its founding more than 100 years ago, Sentara Martha Jefferson has constantly evolved to meet the diverse healthcare needs of the patients who trust us with their care.
