VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA:  Gerald S. Divaris, chairman and CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of six leases totaling 19,504 square feet.
Payne Pools leased 5,789 square feet at Warrenton Towne Centre, located at 601 Frost Ave., in Warrenton, Va. The lease negotiations were handled on behalf of the landlord, Kalis Holdings, LLC, by Brandon Howard and Joseph Farina of DRE’s Washington D.C. regional office. Payne Pools has been in business for more than 40 years and operates three locations in northern Virginia; this is a relocation of its Warrenton store. Other tenants at the shopping center include: Food Lion, Tagaloo, CVS, Gold’s Gym, Triune Shooting Sports and Boost Mobile.

Dots leased 3,900 square feet at Cherrydale Point, located at 3275 N. Pleasantburg Drive, in Greenville, S.C. The lease negotiations were handled on behalf of the tenant by Diana Teitsma of DRE’s Charlotte office. Dots is a woman’s apparel and accessories store, catering to ages 25 to 35 years old. Other tenants at this location include: Ross Dress for Less, Dollar Tree, TJ Maxx, Old Navy, Ingles and Shoe Carnival.

Red Sky Wireless leased 3,375 square feet at Tanglewood Pavilions, located on North Halstead Blvd., in Elizabeth City, N.C. The lease negotiations were handled on behalf of the landlord, Tanglewood Parkway Elizabeth City LLC, by David Bickford and Dave Redmond of DRE’s Virginia Beach office. Tanglewood Pavilions is located in Northeast North Carolina and is a mixed-use development of approximately 275,000 square feet on 72 acres of land.

ShuggaMomma’s Kitchen and Catering leased 2,400 square feet at the Stoneybrook Shopping Center, located at 15435 Warwick Blvd., in Newport News, Va. The lease negotiations were handled on behalf of the tenant by Elizabeth Greer of DRE’s Virginia Beach office. ShuggaMomma’s is a restaurant specializing in Trinidadian-Island-influenced food to include grilled, baked, BBQ or smoked meats, among a full menu of other options.

Greenberry’s leased 2,038 square feet at 1800 F Street NW, in Washington D.C. The lease negotiations were handled on behalf of the tenant by Joseph Farina of DRE’s Washington D.C. regional office. Greenberry’s offers specialty coffees, teas and fresh-baked pastries in a warm and inviting atmosphere. This is the fourteenth location, with stores in Louisiana, New Jersey, Washington D.C., Virginia and Saudi Arabia.

Sprint leased 2,002 square feet at 5th Street Station, located on Bent Creek Parkway, in Charlottesville, Va. The lease negotiations were handled on behalf of the landlord, 5th Street Station Ventures, LLC, by Erica Meekins Rorrer and Mary McGovern of DRE’s Virginia Beach office, and Zach Means and Larry Agnew of DRE’s Richmond office. 5th Street Station is a new 73-acre, super-regional shopping center, anchored by Wegmans, Field & Stream and Dick’s Sporting Goods.
