Divaris Real Estate Announces $32 Million and 264,361 Square Feet in Completed Transactions for March 2018

VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of $32,169,974 transactions totaling 264,361 square feet of sold, leased and renewed commercial property in the Hampton Roads, Richmond, Charlotte, and Washington, DC markets in March 2018.

Sales Transactions

  • Montecito Medical Real Estate purchased the 34,177-square-foot, Virginia Eye Consultants headquarters building at 241 Corporate Boulevard in Norfolk, Virginia, for an undisclosed price from Virginia Eye Development, LLC.  Alex Divaris, CCIM, Jason Oliver, CCIM and Vivian Turok represented the seller in the sale-leaseback transaction.
  • Virginia’s All-American Movers purchased two buildings of 14,000 square feet at 5050 and 5070 Cell Tower Drive in Roanoke, Virginia from The Storage Bins, Inc. for $1,065,000.  Sam McCoy brokered the sale for the buyer.
  • Richland County, South Carolina purchased the 29,484-square-foot, former Haverty Furniture building at 1430 West Colonial Life Boulevard in Columbia, South Carolina from Haverty Furniture Company for $1,050,000.  Diana Teitsma represented the seller.
  • Capitol Holding purchased 1,500 square feet of office space at 1325 18th Street NW in Washington, DC from Rex Hoang for $775,000.  Rob Gray represented the seller.
  • Vigario Land MD purchased an 1,890-square-foot former PNC Bank at 3901 Jefferson Pike in Jefferson, Maryland from PNC Bank, NA for $550,000. Joe Farina and Amit Grover represented the seller.
  • Islamic Society of Princess Anne, Maryland purchased the 7,040-square-foot, former PNC Bank at 11732 Somerset Avenue in Princess Anne, Md from PNC Bank, NA, for $100,000. Farina and Grover represented the seller.
