R.J. Brunelli & Co. recently completed a series of leases that will introduce automotive services, and national and local retailers to sites in New Jersey, Virginia and Florida. In Central Jersey, those deals have brought Mollaga Indian Grill to a 2,540-square-foot space at the Shoppes at North Brunswick, a 150,000-square-foot lifestyle center at the intersection of routes 1 and 130. The restaurant is expected to open later this year.
Also, Brunelli & Co. recently was selected by State Tire auto repair centers as exclusive broker for New Jersey. State Tire is seeking 5,000- to 7,000-square-foot freestanding, shopping center pad or endcap locations with parking for a minimum of 20 cars in high traffic retail areas with a minimum average daily traffic count of 15,000 cars.
