The shopping center services the Lake Norman community, one of the highest-income areas of Iredell County.
The Mark at Dulles Station adds 16,487-square-feet of retail space to the leasing section of the Divaris portfolio of properties. Brandon Howard of the DC office Divaris Real Estate will handle the leasing of the ground floor retail space. The 169-unit luxury apartment building with 311 covered parking spaces was built in 2005. It is located at 2323 Dulles Station Boulevard in Herndon, Va, in the Dulles Tech Corridor, approximately 30 minutes from Washington, DC.
US Department of Veterans’ Affairs’ Community-Based Outpatient Clinic located at 206 Rescia Avenue in Gadsden, Alabama is leased and managed also under the direction of Joseph Farina. The 8,073-square-foot office building offers primary care and mental health services to veterans and houses the specialties of neurologists, psychiatrists, psychologists.
Kramer Equipment building, located at 7835 Richmond Highway in Alexandria, Va, is 4,000 square feet of retail on approximately two acres of land. The sales listing was secured by Farina and Amit Grover from DRE’s DC office. Zoned for both commercial and residential use, the property has been well maintained and operated as a plumbing and HVAC equipment supply store since 1977. Situated on a heavily trafficked section of Richmond Highway in Alexandria, the site is on a major retail corridor within a densely populated residential area of Fairfax County.
1165 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach, Va, is a 2,800-square-foot, freestanding property for sale by Dave Redmond of the Virginia Beach office of DRE. The drive-thru configuration of the building allows for a variety of appropriate uses including quick service restaurants and small convenience users. The current tenant is Zoots Cleaners, which is on a month-to-month lease.
