RICHMOND, VA: Gerald S. Divaris, chairman and CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of two leases totaling 8,361 square feet of retail space in metropolitan Richmond, Virginia.  Negotiations were handled through the Richmond office of DRE.

Daisy Dukes and Boots leased 6,000 square feet of retail space at the Divaris-leased Victorian Square Shopping Center located at 11509 Hull Street Road in Midlothian.  The country-western themed, American bar and restaurant joins Ashley Furniture, Dollar Tree, Empire Beauty School, Hair Cutter and Dr. Mason Dentistry in Victorian Square Shopping Center. The landlord, Wharton Realty Group, was represented by DRE’s John Madures. 

Boost Mobile leased 2,361 square feet of retail space at the Divaris-leased and –managed 360 West Shopping Center located at 7102 Hull Street Road in Richmond. Established in 2002, Boost Mobile is part of the Sprint Prepaid Group. Operating on Sprint’s nationwide Sprint 4G LTE Network and reaching more than 250 million people, Boost Mobile redefines value for wireless consumers with more data for less and no long-term contracts. The lease was handled on behalf of the landlord, 360 West Shopping Center, by Divaris’ Sara Goodall.  Boost joins other tenants at 360 West Shopping Center including Dollar General, Rite Aid, Subway, Jackson Hewitt and Autozone.
