Chapline Place Shopping Center Fully Leased with Signing of Bubble Tea Tenant
TYSONS, VA (January 24th, 2021) The last remaining unit at the Chapline Place Shopping has been leased to a Kung Fu Tea franchisee. The bubble tea retailer has leased the 1,200 SF unit, 742 Prince Frederick Boulevard, and will join the other center’s tenants including Weis, IHOP, and Rita’s Italian Ice, among many others. Rob Gray of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. managed negotiations on behalf of the landlord, YED Properties LLC.
PHO 5UP INC has leased 1,799 SF of retail space in the Seven Oaks Shopping Center, located at 2288 Blue Water Boulevard, Odenton, Maryland. This will be the fourth location for the Vietnamese restaurant, joining the tenant’s existing Maryland operations in Annapolis, Crofton, and Fulton.
