Divaris Completes Three Retail Leases for 28,134 Square Feet in NC
CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA: Gerald S. Divaris, chairman and CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of three leases for new and renewed retail space in North Carolina. Negotiations were handled by agents of the Charlotte office of Divaris Real Estate.
Altitude Trampoline Park leased 26,000 square feet of retail space located at 1038 Henderson Drive in Jacksonville, North Carolina. Founded in 2012, Altitude is the fastest growing trampoline park company in the world with parks opening on three separate continents and cities around the globe. Altitude Trampoline Parks offer fun and exercise for people of all ages with activities that range from regular jumping to dodgeball, fitness classes to competitive jumping, and parties for birthdays and group events. DRE’s Charlotte office represented the tenant in the negotiations with the landlord, Magnolia Investors, LLC.
Heads Up Barber Shop renewed its lease for 1,174 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Wendover Village located at 4203 West Wendover Avenue in Greensboro, NC. Other tenants in the shopping center include: Moe’s Southwest Grill, fiveBelow, and Golf Galaxy. DRE’s Charles Neil represented the landlord, Wendover Village Greensboro, LLC, in the lease negotiations.
American Vapes leased 960 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased property located at 153 Turnersburg Highway in Statesville, NC. American Vapes is a store that provides vape supplies, such as vapor pens and batteries, atomizers, coils, and e-liquid. AT&T retail store is another tenant in the center. Neil represented the landlord, Positano Investments, LLC, in the lease negotiations.
