Divaris Real Estate Announces $11.4 Million and 186,714 Square Feet in Completed Transactions for September 2020

 

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (October 12, 2020) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of 24 transactions totaling $11,440,728 and 186,714 square feet of sold, new or renewed leases in commercial properties throughout Hampton Roads, Central Virginia  and Maryland in September, 2020.

Sale Transactions

Nicholson Properties, LLC purchased the 15,600 square-foot former Salvation Army retail building at 11000 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond from The Salvation Army for $2,400,000.  Read Goode and Cheryle Toy represented the buyer in the transaction.  The owner- occupied property will be the site of the market’s first East Coast Appliance store.

Lease Transactions

  • Adsync Technologies leased 60,262 square feet of industrial space at 5909 Thurston Ave. in Virginia Beach.  Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the tenant.
  • City of Virginia Beach Public Works leased 20,437 square feet of office space in Oceana Center 1 at 484 Viking Drive in Virginia Beach.  Brian Devlin represented the landlord.
