Divaris Real Estate Announces $14.4 Million and 128,508 Square Feet in Completed Transactions for February 2018

VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of $14,434,351 transactions totaling 128,508 square feet of sold, leased and renewed commercial property in the Hampton Roads, Richmond, Charlotte, and Washington, DC markets in February 2018.

Sales Transactions

  • Community Alternatives Management Group purchased the 23,397-square-foot Chesapeake Building at 410 North Center Drive in Norfolk for $1,700,000.  Michael Divaris, Jason Oliver, CCIM, and Alex Divaris, CCIM, brokered the sale for the seller, ICC Norfolk 9, Ltd.
  • Capitol Holding purchased 1,500 square feet of office space at 1325 18th Street NW in Washington, DC from Rex Hoang for $775,000.  Rob Gray represented the seller.
  • Pavilion Development Company purchased 0.69 acres of land and a 1,495-square-foot building, at 4565 South Boulevard in Charlotte from 4565 South Boulevard, LLC for $650,000.  Charles Neil brokered the sale for the buyer.
  • Vigario Land MD purchased an 1,890-square-foot former PNC Bank at 3901 Jefferson Pike in Jefferson, Maryland from PNC Bank, NA for $550,000.  Joe Farina and Amit Grover represented the seller.
  • V5 Realty purchased 1.01 acres of land at 829 Tluchak Lane in Chesapeake, Va from Dominion Blvd, LLC, for $159,500.  Jason Oliver and Alex Divaris brokered the sale for the buyer.

  • Harbor Freight Tools USA leased 26,051 square feet of retail space in Hampton Plaza Shopping Center at 4023 West Mercury Boulevard in Hampton, Va.  Erica Rorrer and Marcus Bourn of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant.
  • Community Alternatives leased 10,835 square feet of office space 5700 Thurston Avenue in Virginia Beach.  Krista Costa and Katherine Olson represented the landlord.
  • Liz Moore & Associates leased 9,800 square feet of office space at 1020 & 1030 Old Bon Air Road in Richmond.  Eric Hammond represented the tenant.
  • Blueswipe leased 6,460 square feet of office space in the Handcraft Building at 1501 Roseneath Road in Richmond.  Cheryle Toy and Read Goode represented the landlord.
  • Fratelli’s Italian Restaurant leased 5,003 square feet of retail space in Cross Stone Commons at 200 Middletown Parkway in Middletown, Md.  Gray represented the tenant.
  • Superstore International Market leased 4,000 square feet of retail space at 202 Fort Meade Road in Laurel, Md.  Gray and Farina represented the landlord.
  • US Cellular leased 2,693 square feet of retail space in Tanglewood Shopping Center at 3850 Conlon Way in Elizabeth City, NC.  David Bickford and Dave Redmond represented the landlord.
  • Innate Networks subleased 2,033 square feet of office space in Windwood Centre at 780 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach.  Vivian Turok and Elizabeth Paasch represented the sublessor, Valuation Specialist, and Elizabeth Napolitano represented the tenant.
  • Vape Pro leased 2,000 square feet of retail space in North Hampton Market at 6019 Wade Hampton Boulevard in Taylors, SC. Charles Neil and Diana Teitsma represented the landlord.
  • Muscle Maker Grill leased 1,725 square feet of retail space at 147 Granby Street in Norfolk.  Levi Thomson represented the tenant.

  • Twist Martini & Associates renewed its lease for 2,442 square feet of retail space in Town Center of Virginia Beach at 4517 Commerce Street.  Rorrer, Cortinas and Gerald Divaris represented the landlord.
  • Inomedic Health Applications, Inc. renewed its lease for 2,200 square feet of office space in Harbour Centre at 2 Eaton Street in Hampton, Va.  Chris Bendit represented the landlord.
  • Scopecoat renewed its lease for 1,939 square feet of office space in Parkway 4 at 2697 International Parkway in Virginia Beach.  Bendit represented the landlord.
  • Weight Watchers of North America renewed its lease for 1,770 square feet of retail space in Patterson Place at 3511 Witherspoon Boulevard in Durham, NC.  Neil and Teitsma represented the landlord.
