VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of 34 transactions totaling $16,186,910 and 171,511 square feet of sold, leased and renewed commercial property in the Hampton Roads, Richmond, Charlotte, and Washington, DC markets in May 2018.

Sales Transactions

  • LRS Holdings, LLC, DC purchased 1,300 square feet of retail space at 1361 Wisconsin Avenue NW in Washington DC’s Georgetown from Avi and Yaron Mizrahi for $1,200,000.   Rob Gray represented the seller.
  • Benchmark Property purchased a 7,200-square-foot office/warehouse property at 8650 Brook Road in Glen Allen, Virginia, from RMBT Partnership for $510,000.   Eric Hammond and Dean Foster represented the buyer.
  • NAHIL, LLC purchased a 7,800-square-foot office/warehouse property on .82 acres at 2614 Lancelot Avenue in Richmond from Fred T. Barber for $337,500.  John Madures represented the buyer.
