Divaris Real Estate Announces $17 Million and 154,296 Square Feet in Completed Transactions for December 2020

 

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (January 8, 2021) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of 31 transactions totaling $16,940,556 and 154,296 square feet of sold, new or renewed leases in commercial properties throughout Virginia, Maryland and North and South Carolina in December 2020.

Sales Transactions

  • Justin Bush purchased the 2,410 square-foot office building at 1207 Laskin Road in Virginia Beach from Double Nickel Properties, LLC for $1,000,000.  George Fox represented the buyer.
  • Woodlands Real Estate, LLC sold two acres of land in The Woodlands at Mall Drive and Koger Center Blvd. in North Chesterfield from American Pet Resort, LLC for $890,000.  The Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate represented the seller.
  • Justin Bush purchased a 10,000-square-foot, multitenant, industrial warehouse building at 2400 Colley Ave. in Norfolk from Fortune Bay Investments, LLC for $820,000.  George Fox represented the buyer.

  • American Freight Furniture leased 25,804 square feet of retail space in the former Kmart at 1335 West Main Street in Salem.  Ali McCrickard, Brett McNamee and Sam McCoy represented the landlord.
