Divaris Real Estate Announces $19 Million and 120,050 Square Feet in Completed Transactions for September 2019

 

VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of 35 transactions totaling $19,167,359 and 120,050 square feet of sold, leased and renewed commercial property throughout Virginia; North and South Carolina and metropolitan Washington, DC markets in September 2019.

 

Sales Transactions

  • Bbgrealestate Hampton Roads, LLC purchased a 30,000-square-foot single-story building in Airline Business Park at 3303 Airline Blvd. in Portsmouth, Va from Commercial Building Associates for $1.5 million.  Levi Thomson represented the buyer.
  • Nahill, LLC purchased a 4,230-square-foot office building at 314 Exchange Alley in Petersburg, Va. from Gilery W. and Carolyn Entzminger for $280,000.  John Madures represented the buyer.
  • Hook Properties, LLC purchased a 3,000-square-foot warehouse at 3000 West Clay St. in Richmond from Three Thousand West Clay Street, LLC for $750,000.  Read Goode and Cheryle Toy represented the buyer.
  • Phoebus Group 2 LLC purchased .04 acres of land at 5 East Mellen St. in Hampton, Va from William and Ginger Spallina for $17,900.  Missy Martinovich represented both the seller and the buyer.

  • Hibbett Sporting Goods renewed its lease for 5,200 square feet of retail space in North Hampton Market at 6021 Wade Hampton Blvd. in Taylors, SC.  Diana Teitsma and Charles Neil represented the landlord.
  • Just Floored renewed its lease for 6,989 square feet of office space in Fort Monroe, Building 261 at 363 Fenwick Road in Fort Monroe, Va.  Elizabeth Napolitano represented the landlord.
  • Macho Burro renewed its lease for 2,739 square feet of retail space in House Square at 12806 Shank Farm Way in Hagerstown, Maryland.   Susan McGee represented the landlord.
