Divaris Real Estate Announces $23.7 Million and 204,799 Square Feet in Completed Transactions for September 2018

 

VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of 35 transactions totaling $23,684,466 and 204,799 square feet of sold, leased and renewed commercial property in Hampton Roads and Richmond, Virginia; North and South Carolina; and metropolitan Washington, DC in September 2018.

 

Sales Transactions

  • EMC North Park Center, LLC purchased a 1.3-acre retail parcel at 2460 Colony Crossing Place in Midlothian, Va., from Colony Investments I, LLC for $2,100,000. Harrison Hall and Peter Vick represented the buyer.

 

Lease Transactions

  • Farm Fresh will reopen its 57,643-square-foot supermarket in Victory Crossing Shopping Center at 4000 Victory Boulevard in Portsmouth, Va.  DRE’s Levi Thomson and Kris Fuller and Leo Greco of Excess Space represented Supervalu.  DRE’s George Fox represented the landlord.
  • Crunch Fitness leased 28,737 square feet of retail space in Chesterfield Towne Center at 11500 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond.  Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the tenant.
  • Shockwave Strength and Performance leased 23,491 square feet of retail space in Newport Marketplace at 315 Chatham Drive in Newport News, Va.  George Fox and Kris Fuller represented the tenant.
  • Venture X leased 17,862 square feet of retail space at 1806 Summit Avenue in Richmond.  Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the tenant.
