Divaris Real Estate Announces $27 Million and 287,342 Square Feet in Completed Transactions for May 2019

 

VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of 44 transactions totaling $26,627,071 and 287,342 square feet and 7.5 acres of sold, leased and renewed commercial property throughout Virginia; North and South Carolina and metropolitan Washington, DC markets in May 2019.

 

Sales Transactions

  • VRE Walkersville, LLC purchased a one-acre property at 8411 Woodsboro Pike in Walkersville, Md from Mohammad Reza Emam and Atiyeh Emam for $1,250,000.   Rob Gray represented the sellers.  The buyer, Texas-based Verdad Real Estate, is a preferred 7-Eleven gas and convenience store developer.
  • Panera, LLC purchased 1.1 acres of land in Hampton Roads Crossing at 1009 University Boulevard in Suffolk, Va from Terry/Peterson Investment Thrifty, LLC. for $950,000. The fast-casual bakery-café will build a 4,500-square-foot location on the outparcel land.  Levi Thomson represented the seller.
  • 1249 Bladensburg, LLC purchased a 3,459-square-foot retail property at 3220 Old Lee Highway in Fairfax, Virginia from Roger Dodger II, LLC for $875,000.   Rob Gray, Joe Farina and Tony Thur represented the seller.
  • Halle Properties, LLC purchased 1.12 acres of land at 12030 Jefferson Davis Highway in Richmond, from The Alexander Family Trusts, for $830,000.   The land will be used for the development of a Discount Tire store.  Read Goode and Cheryle Toy represented the seller.
  • Thakor Family Enterprises, LLC purchased 4.3 acres of land at the Village at Swift Creek at 4750 Craig Rath Boulevard in Midlothian, Va.  for $670,000 from BT Rath Boulevard, LLC.  Brett McNamee and Debbie Wake represented the seller.

  • Howard Hanna Real Estate Services leased 15,531 square feet of office space in the Pembroke Office Park at 291 Independence Boulevard in Virginia Beach.  Jason Oliver, CCIM represented the tenant.
  • Aaron’s leased 7,040 square feet of retail space in Ahoskie Commons at 1474 East Memorial Drive in Ahoskie, NC.  George Fox represented the landlord.
  • Soles4Souls leased 7,000 square feet of industrial space at 1700 Jefferson Davis Highway in Richmond.  Cheryle Toy represented the tenant.
  • Werner Enterprises leased 6,327 square feet of office space in the Bank of America building at 2601West Broad Street in Richmond. Eric Hammond represented the tenant.
  • Wood & Iron Gameday Restaurant and Bar leased 5,217 square feet of retail space at 1403 Roseneath Road in Richmond.  Read Goode and Cheryle Toy represented the landlord.
