Divaris Real Estate Announces $8 Million and 113,157 Square Feet in Completed Transactions for January 2021

 

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (February 11, 2021) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of 25 transactions totaling $7,863,485 and 113,157 square feet of sold, new or renewed leases in commercial properties throughout Hampton Roads, Central and Northern Virginia in January, 2021.

Sales Transactions

Daniel E. Warren sold 4,300 square feet of office space at 122 Agency Avenue in Richmond, Virginia from 122 Agency Avenue, LLC for $450,000.  John Madures represented the seller.

Lease Transactions

  • Taco Bell leased 23,522 square feet (.54 of an acre) of land on an outparcel of Mt. Pleasant Marketplace at 1464 Mount Pleasant Road in Chesapeake.  Levi Thomson represented the tenant.
  • Dollar Tree leased 11,288 square feet of retail space in the former Rite Aid store at 2749 South Independence Blvd. in Virginia Beach.   Levi Thomson represented the landlord.
  • RQ Construction leased 3,564 square feet of office space in Convergence Center V at 200 Bendix Road in Virginia Beach Elizabeth Paasch represented the tenant.
  • D1 Training leased 3,440 square feet of retail space in Pinecrest Plaza at 6548 Little River Turnpike in Alexandria.  Robert Gray and Tony Thur represent the tenant.
