Divaris Real Estate Announces $9.9 Million and 99,157 Square Feet in Completed Transactions for June 2018

 

VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of 31 transactions totaling $9,902,872 and 99,157 square feet of sold, leased and renewed commercial property in the Hampton Roads, Richmond, Charlotte, and Washington, DC markets in June 2018.

 

Sales Transaction

  • Off The Hook Seafood purchased 5,622 square feet of freestanding retail space on 1.53 acres of land at 136 North Battlefield Boulevard in Chesapeake, Va from R Boyd Melchor for $1,675,000.  George Fox represented the buyer.

Lease Transactions

 

  • Victory Lane Auto Sales and Accessories leased 15,000 square feet of retail space in Oxbridge Square Shopping Center at 10011 Hull Street Road in Richmond.  Cheryle Toy, Sara Goodall and Read Goode represented the landlord.
  • Valkyrie Enterprises leased 8,130 square feet of office space at 390 Camarillo Ranch Road in Camarillo, California.  Maria Hammerson, Vivian Turok and Mary McGovern represented the tenant.
  • Advance Auto Parts leased 6,438 square feet of retail space in Lightfoot Marketplace at 6493 Centerville Road in Williamsburg, Va.  George Fox, Harrison Hall and Peter Vick represented the landlord.
