Total Health Care Inc leased 6,902 square foot and 1,492 square-foot retail spaces in Seven Oaks Shopping Center located at 2288 Blue Water Blvd. in Odenton, MD. Brandon Howard represented the landlord.
RYNOH leased 4,619 square feet of office space in Reflections I located at 2809 S. Lynnhaven Road in Virginia Beach. Brian Devlin represented the landlord.
Babcock & Moore leased 4,190 square feet of office space located at 4460 Corporation Lane in Virginia Beach. Elizabeth Paasch represented the tenant.
Charm Dental PLLC leased 1,742 square feet of retail space in Ashdale Plaza Shopping Center located at 2900-2980 Dale Blvd. in Woodbridge. Robert Gray and Susan McGee represented the landlord.
