Jernigan Holdings LLC sold a 1,219 square-foot industrial building located 800 Seahawk Circle in Virginia Beach to Applied Film Technology Inc for $182,000. Rachel Salasky represented the seller.
LEASES
D1 Training Reston leased 4,128 square feet of retail space located at 1700 Bracknell Drive in Reston. Robert Gray represented the tenant.
Ryan Uniforms LLC leased 3,910 square feet of retail space in Midlothian Crossing located at 8501-8535 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond. Loretta Cataldi and Sara Goodall represented the landlord.
Tidewater Lung & Sleep Center PLLC leased 2,854 square feet of office space in Harbour Breeze Professional Center located at 1500-1540 Breezeport Way in Suffolk. Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the landlord.
