Divaris Real Estate’s Hampton Roads Office Completes Six Transactions for 14,298 Square Feet
VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of six transactions for 14,298 square feet of new and renewed commercial space in Hampton Roads, Virginia.
Lease Transactions
Surf Side Restaurant leased 4,340 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Executive Cove located at 5600 Virginia Beach Boulevard in Virginia Beach. Kayla Olson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Surf Rider West restaurant moved from Newtown Road to Executive Cove and will operate under the new name “Surf Side.”
Envest Holdings leased 2,134 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased 1206 Laskin Road Building located at 1206 Laskin Road in Virginia Beach. DRE’s Vivian Turok and Elizabeth Paasch handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.
Neat LLC leased 2,500 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Lynnhaven Commons located at 580 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach. DRE’s Elizabeth Napolitano represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Flowers by Zontini Event Decorators leased 1,250 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Larkspur Square shopping center located at 4730 Princess Anne Road in Virginia Beach. Kayla Olson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. The florist and event decorator joins 21 Burgers, Yama Sushi, Sneaky Pete’s, The Fitness Lab and Allure Salon in Larkspur Square.
Ellaz Bridal leased 1,080 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Roosevelt Gardens shopping center located at 2300 East Little Creek Road in Norfolk. George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. The retailer of bridal gowns, prom and formal dresses, tuxedos and related accessories joins Save A Lot, Dunkin Donuts and Hibbett Sports in Roosevelt Gardens.
Lease Renewals
Edge Law renewed its lease for 2,994 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Lynnhaven Corporate Center located at 760 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach. Vivian Turok and Elizabeth Paasch represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
