Divaris Real Estate’s Washington DC Office Completes Four Transactions for 10,924 Square Feet
TYSONS CORNER, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of the following four transactions in the greater Washington, DC metropolitan market, totaling 10,924 square feet of commercial space.
Lease Transactions
Woodland Food leased 4,200 square feet of retail space in Dulles Town Crossing located at 45633 Dulles Eastern Plaza in Sterling, Va. DRE’s Chris Saa represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
A+K leased 3,700 square feet of retail space in Garfield Park located at 925 North Garfield Park in Arlington, Va. DRE’s Rob Gray and Brandon Howard represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Boost Mobile leased 1,724 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Ashdale Plaza Shopping Center located at 4802 Dale Boulevard in Dale City, Va. DRE’s Susan McGee and Chris Saa represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. The cell phone retailer joins Goodwill, Family Dollar, Davita Dialysis Center and Popeye’s in Ashdale Plaza.
Vapers Retreat Hayfield leased 1,300 square feet of retail space located at 7590 Telegraph Road in Alexandria, Va. Chris Saa represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
