VIRGINIA BEACH, VA: Gerald S. Divaris, chairman and CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced that Cafaro has hired DRE to lease The Village at Towne Centre located at 1 Towne Centre Boulevard in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
The Village at Towne Centre is an outdoor streetscape anchored by Paragon Village 12 and Splitsville Entertainment Complex. Tenants in the 370,000-square-foot retail property include: Finks, Firebirds, Chico’s, Sephora, Soma, Saxon Shoes, JJill, Charming Charlie and more. This high-end shopping, dining, and entertainment experience is seeking similar tenants to join the ranks.
Sara Goodall, Ali Newton and Pat Dudley of DRE’s Richmond office will be in charge of leasing of available retail space in the property.
