LOGIC Commercial Real Estate is proud to announce Natalie Wainwright has joined the firm as Vice President and will spearhead the firm’s new Office Tenant Representation Division. Natalie’s focus is exclusively representing office tenants in their leasing and purchasing with an emphasis on tech space. As a leader in the industry, Natalie has represented dozens of highly acclaimed brands such as Adapt Inc., MobileSoft, Citizens Bank, and AFWERX.

Prior to joining Logic, Natalie was a Senior Associate with Cushman & Wakefield for 7 years where she gained extensive knowledge and experience in exclusive tenant representation, transactions, and negotiations. In her tenure, she created a specialty with a vast array of out of state tenants by relocating them to Las Vegas market, developed a coastal network with some of the top tenant representation brokers in the country, and has been recognized nationally by Bisnow as a woman to watch in 2019.
