New Tenants Announced For Seven Oaks Shopping Center in Odenton, Maryland
Jersey Mike’s and Bruster’s Ice Cream to Open New Locations
Washington, D.C. (August 22, 2023) – Divaris Real Estate announced today that two new tenants, Bruster’s Real Ice Cream and Jersey Mike’s Subs, will be opening in Seven Oaks Shopping Center in Crofton, Md. The two businesses will be dividing the 3,046 square-foot pad site at 2288 Blue Water Blvd.
Bruster’s Real Ice Cream is known for its handcrafted, premium small batch ice cream, with over 150 flavor recipes in rotation. They also offer a variety of other frozen treats, such as sundaes, shakes, and smoothies. Jersey Mike’s subs is a popular sub shop that offers “A Sub Above” the rest. Their subs are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and are prepared to order.
Seven Oaks Shopping Center is anchored by Weis Markets, and features a mix of national and regional tenancy. Located one block from the Fort Meade campus, the center is visible to more than 30,000 vehicles per day and has easy access to the Baltimore-Washington Parkway, Route 32, and Interstate-95.
