Divaris Real Estate’s Hampton Roads Office Negotiates Four Transactions Totaling 46,265 Square Feet
VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of the following four transactions totaling 46,265 square feet of commercial space in the Hampton Roads market.
New Transactions
Taco Bell leased 38,738 square feet of land in Village Square at Kiln Creek located at 5007 Victory Boulevard in Tabb, Virginia. The Taco Bell opened in September in front of the Kroger Fuel Center. DRE’s Levi Thomson represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Off The Hook Seafood leased 3,641 square feet of retail space in The Center Shops located at 2000 Colley Avenue in Norfolk, Va. The Chesapeake-based restaurant is opening its second location of polished casual seafood concept in the former Azar’s location in Ghent. George Fox represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Weston Solutions leased 2,439 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Harbour Centre located at 2 Eaton Street in Hampton, Va. Chris Bendit represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Hayes Real Estate Property Management Services leased 1,447 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Poplar Hill Professional Center located at 4041 Taylor Road in Chesapeake, Va. Chris Bendit and Elizabeth Napolitano represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
