Healthcare Consulting Firm Fully Leases Navy Yard Building in Washington D.C.
TYSONS, VA (July 5th, 2022) – Divaris Real Estate, Inc is pleased to announce the following lease transactions across the DC Metro Region.
Ash + Willow Co (AKA Tako Hair Studio LLC) has leased Retail space at the Pender Village Center located at 3903 Fair Ridge Drive in Fairfax, Virginia. The high-end salon will relocate their existing Fairfax operations to Suite P in Pender Village Center later this year. The tenant will join other first floor retailers including – Harris Teeter, Corner Bakery, Bruster’s Ice Cream and Golftec. Jane Le of Rosenthal Properties represented the tenant and Joe Farina of Divaris Real Estate, Inc managed negotiations on behalf of the landlord, Atlantic Realty Companies, Inc.
A Ward 8 office building has been fully leased by a healthcare consulting firm doing business as Freedmen’s Health, Inc. 811 L Street SE, Washington D.C. is an 1,800 SF building located within the Navy Yard neighborhood and is convenient to many retail amenities and the Eastern Market Metro. Freedmen’s Health has been operating in Washington DC since its founding in 2019. Rob Gray of Divaris Real Estate, Inc managed negotiations on behalf of the landlord.
The Seven Oaks Shopping Center, located at 2288 Blue Water Boulevard in Odenton, Maryland welcomed several new tenants in Q2 2022. Divaris Real Estate is pleased to announce all inline space has been leased at the center with limited availability remaining in the center’s pad sites.
- A Bruster’s Real Ice Cream Franchisee, Bhatti Bros LLC, leased 1,490 SF in half of the pad site previously occupied by Columbia Bank. The ice cream retailer is estimated to open their new operations at Suite 600B later this year.
- JJK One, Inc, doing business as Seven Oaks Cleaners, has extended their lease in the Seven Oaks center for an additional five years. The cleaners will remain open at Suite 460 in 1,847 SF, neighboring an Allstate Insurance office and Transformations Fitness.
- A Kumon Math and Reading Center Franchisee, Sow Academy LLC, has leased 1,819 SF in Suite 230. Kumon is the world’s largest after-school education franchise with presence in 55 countries and numerous active operations throughout Maryland.
