SALE

Eretz Retail Holdings, LLC purchased a net-leased Dollar Tree from Poplar Investments, LLC, located at 20 Poplar Lane in Indian Head, MD, for $1.08M.  Joe Farina represented the seller in this transaction.

GT Tracs, Inc. purchased 1.54 AC of retail property from NAHIL, LLC, located at 2320 Oaklawn Boulevard in Hopewell, VA, for $550,000.  John Madures represented the seller in this transaction.

Bridgeman Properties, LLC purchased an 11,160 SF industrial property from MASCO Contractor Services East, Inc., located at 905 Executive Court in Chesapeake, VA, for $1.25M.  Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the seller in this transaction.

WMD Construction purchased 4,200 SF of industrial property from NAHIL, LLC, located at 2614 Lancelot Avenue in Richmond, VA, for $600,000.  John Madures represented the seller in this transaction

 

LEASE

BDO USA, LLP leased 9,053 SF of office space in Williams Mullen center located at 200 South 10^th Street in Richmond, VA.  Trib Sutton and Madeleine Alderman represented the landlord in this transaction.

Pathways to Housing DC leased 2,258 SF of office space in Westfield Wheaton South Building located at 11002 Viers Mill Road in Wheaton, MD.  Brandon Howard represented the tenant in this transaction.

 

RENEWALS

VirginiaCarolina Civil, Inc. renewed their lease for 3,213 SF of office space in Harbour Breeze Professional Center located at 1500-1540 Breezeport Way in Suffolk, VA.  Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the landlord in this transaction.

Courage Miller Partners, LLC renewed their lease for 2,019 SF of office space in World Trade Center located at 101 W. Main Street in Norfolk, VA.  Michael Divaris, Krista Costa, Marci Phillips and Rachel Salasky represented the landlord in this transaction.
