JS Enterprises sold a 14,673 square foot retail building on 2.6 acres located at 1517 Holland Road to RDC Investors, LLC in Suffolk for $3.6 million. Levi Thomson represented the seller.
Hilton Gordon Oliver purchased an 8,095 square foot office building on 1.5 acres located at 11721 Jefferson Ave. from Canavos Holdings, LLC in Newport News for $1.3 million. Michael Divaris, Jason Oliver and Elizabeth Paasch represented the seller.
JTS Equity, LLC sold a 9,462 square foot flex building on .24 acres located at 1140 Wilson Road to Almakki Empire, LLC in Norfolk for $520,000. Jason Oliver and Marci Phillips represented the seller.
