Amelia Henry Joins Logic Commercial Real Estate

LOGIC Commercial Real Estate is proud to announce that Amelia Henry, CCIM has joined The Baker Group. Amelia will oversee the leasing team and coordinate the marketing of investment assets.

Prior to joining Logic, Amelia served in the Retail Division at Colliers International, Las Vegas, Nevada. Amelia is experienced in retail assets, including site selection, leasing and investment sales. She has built strong relationships within the local and regional development and brokerage communities. Prior to joining Colliers International, Amelia had 10 years of residential real estate investment experience.

Amelia has provided Tenant Representation to tenants such as Boston Market, Cinnaholic, Boost Mobile, Dolar Shop and Metro Diner. She possesses a broad range of experience from Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation, and Commercial Investment Sales.

Amelia received her designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member and is an active member of the local Southern Nevada CCIM chapter. When she’s not working, Amelia enjoys spending time with her family and traveling abroad.
