VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Michael B. Divaris, President of Divaris Real Estate Inc. (DRE), is pleased to announce that Vivian Turok, Senior Vice President, received the Platinum Commercial Sales and Leasing Achievement Award from the Hampton Roads Commercial Alliance, which is awarded to the top five grossing agents throughout Southeastern Virginia in 2014. Additionally, ten other Divaris Real Estate associates from the Virginia Beach offices have also been recognized.
Turok was the first woman to ever receive the Platinum Award level in 2009. She is the company’s longest-standing employee, with more than 38 years of service and has been a mentor to fellow co-workers and young professionals who are just getting starting in the commercial real estate business. “I have always wanted to be a role model to other women,” Turok said. “In any situation, learn who you are, make a difference in this life and be true to yourself,” she added.

Krista Costa, Mary D. McGovern, Erica Meekins Rorrer were each awarded Gold for gross billings more than $350,000 and above; Sezin Cortinas, Eric Bucklew, Alex Divaris and Jason Oliver each received Silver for gross billings between $175,000 and $349,999; and David Bickford, Chris Bendit and Elizabeth Paasch were each awarded Bronze for gross billings between $100,000 and $174,999.
