VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of 29 transactions totaling $12,633,486 and 230,551 square feet of sold, leased and renewed commercial property in the Hampton Roads, Richmond, Roanoke, Charlotte, and Washington, DC markets in July 2018.
Sales Transaction
Branch Banking and Trust Company (BB&T) purchased 1.5 acres of land at 948 Laskin Road in Virginia Beach from WHLR – Laskin Road, LLC for $2,832,500. Krista Costa and Katherine Olson brokered the sale for the buyer.

- Spirit Halloween Superstores leased 40,002 square feet of space in the former Michael’s store at Town Square shopping center at 1357 Town Square Boulevard in Roanoke, Va. Sam McCoy represented the landlord.
