VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of 50 transactions totaling $28,553,317 and 313,510 square feet of sold, leased and renewed commercial property throughout Virginia; North Carolina and metropolitan Washington, DC markets in August 2019.
Sales Transactions
- Keith Corp. purchased the 86,000-square-foot former Kmart at 1355 West Main St. in Salem, Va, from Sears Holdings for $3,656,000. Sam McCoy, Brett McNamee and Ali McCrickard represented the seller.
- Bapa Nova, LLC purchased the 13,130-square-foot former PNC Bank at 107 Free Court in Sterling, Va, from PNC Bank, NA for $1,275,000. Joe Farina and Amit Grover represented the seller.
- L&TJ Enterprises purchased a 10,535-square-foot medical office building at 2020 South Independence Blvd. in Virginia Beach from Davidson Physician Associates for $1,065,000. Jason Oliver represented the seller.
- Trebour Holdings, LLC purchased the 2,995-square-foot former BB&T branch at 9004 Huguenot Road in Richmond from 9004 Huguenot Road, LLC for $915,000. Read Goode represented the seller and Cheryle Toy represented the buyer.

- Aramark leased 13,000 square feet in “The Yard,” an open-air food hall concept at Charlottesville’s 5th Street Station at Fifth St. and Interstate-64 in Charlottesville.
