VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (November 4, 2020) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of 25 transactions totaling $27,752,658 and 262,321 square feet of sold, new or renewed leases in commercial properties throughout Virginia, Maryland and North and South Carolina in October, 2020.
Sales Transactions
- Auerbach-Parc Short Pump LLC purchased the 80,289-square-foot Parc Place at Short Pump at 11736-11740 West Broad Street in Richmond from London Reo Retail-VA, LLC for $10,800,000. Loretta Cataldi and Sara Goodall represented the buyer.
- Hooked Group, LLC purchased the 50,000-square-foot Panasonic Building office property at 661 Independence Parkway in Chesapeake from Matsushita RE Corp of America for $4,250,000. George Fox represented the buyer.
- 1702 Belleville, LLC sold 15,000 square feet of retail space at 1702 Belleville St. in Richmond to BRG Scott’s Edge OZ, LLC for $1,400,000. Read Goode and Cheryle Toy represented the seller.
- Knells Ridge Medical Center, LLC purchased the 9,290-square-foot Woodside Professional Center at 108 Knells Ridge Blvd. in Chesapeake from Woodside Professional Center, LLC. for $1,200,000. George Fox represented the buyer while Jason Oliver and Elizabeth Paasch represented the seller.
- Franco and Salvina Gambino sold 2,373 square feet of retail space at 14520 Jefferson Davis Highway in Woodbridge, Va to Medical Access for $800,000. Joe Farina and Amit Grover represented the seller.
