Divaris Real Estate Announces $28 Million and 262,321 Square Feet in Completed Transactions for October 2020

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (November  4, 2020) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of 25 transactions totaling $27,752,658 and 262,321 square feet of sold, new or renewed leases in commercial properties throughout Virginia, Maryland and North and South Carolina in October, 2020.

Sales Transactions

  • Auerbach-Parc Short Pump LLC purchased the 80,289-square-foot Parc Place at Short Pump at 11736-11740 West Broad Street in Richmond from London Reo Retail-VA, LLC for $10,800,000.  Loretta Cataldi and Sara Goodall represented the buyer.
  • Hooked Group, LLC purchased the 50,000-square-foot Panasonic Building office property at 661 Independence Parkway in Chesapeake from Matsushita RE Corp of America for $4,250,000.  George Fox represented the buyer.
  • 1702 Belleville, LLC sold 15,000 square feet of retail space at 1702 Belleville St. in Richmond to BRG Scott’s Edge OZ, LLC for $1,400,000.  Read Goode and Cheryle Toy represented the seller.
  • Knells Ridge Medical Center, LLC purchased the 9,290-square-foot Woodside Professional Center at 108 Knells Ridge Blvd. in Chesapeake from Woodside Professional Center, LLC. for $1,200,000.  George Fox represented the buyer while Jason Oliver and Elizabeth Paasch represented the seller.
  • Franco and Salvina Gambino sold 2,373 square feet of retail space at 14520 Jefferson Davis Highway in Woodbridge, Va to Medical Access for $800,000.  Joe Farina and Amit Grover represented the seller.
  • PNC Bank sold 21,205 square feet of office space at 117 East Main Street in Westminster, Md, to 117 East Main Westminster Land Trust for $775,000. Amit Grover and Joe Farina represented the seller.
  • Diversified Development Investments, LLC purchased .95 acres of land at 1210 Koger Center Blvd. in Richmond from Woodland Real Estate, LLC for $625,000.  Cheryle Toy and Read Goode represented the buyer.
  • PNC Bank sold 1,478 square feet of retail space at 1413 Pennsylvania Ave. in Hagerstown, Md to B.T Max Holdings, LLC for $300,000. Amit Grover and Joe Farina represented the seller.

  • Meineke Autobody leased 13,265 square feet of retail space at 2910 Freedom Drive in Charlotte.  Charles Neil represented the landlord.
  • Nanda Learning Center leased 8,031 square feet of office space in Diamondback Corporate Center at 15201 Diamondback Drive in Rockville, Md.  Brandon Howard represented the tenant.
  • Starpower Communications renewed and expanded its lease for 2,464 square feet of retail space in Brookland Center at 3734 10th St., NE, in Washington, DC.  Brandon Howard and Joe Farina represented the landlord.
  • Albanna leased 1,500 square feet of retail space in Cypress Run Plaza at 13400 Benns Church Blvd in Smithfield, Va.   George Fox and Caroline Zarpas represented the landlord.
  • Oriana Tobacco and Vape leased 1,500 square feet of retail space in Newport Crossing at 439-467 Oriana Road in Newport News.  George Fox and Caroline Zarpas represented the landlord.
  • 70 East Tobacco leased 1,500 square feet of retail space in Coliseum Marketplace at 2170 Coliseum Drive in Hampton.  George Fox represented the landlord.
  • Bo Xue leased 1,405 square feet of office space in the James River Petroleum Building at 10487 Lakeridge Parkway in Ashland, Va.   Madeleine Alderman represented the landlord.
  • Chinese Gourmet & Hibachi leased 1,400 square feet of retail space in Elmhurst Square at 5600 Portsmouth Blvd in Portsmouth.   Kris Fuller and George Fox represented the landlord.
  • Lisa Ramsay Dean leased 975 square feet of retail space in South Crater Road Plaza at 2733 South Crater Road in Petersburg, Va.  John Madures represented the landlord.
  • Boxed Gourmet leased 633 square feet of retail space in Town Center of Virginia Beach Block 4 at 236 Central Park Ave. in Virginia Beach.  Erica Rorrer, Gerald Divaris and Sezin Cortinas represented the landlord.

  • Uptown Christ Covenant Church renewed its lease for 22,592 square feet of commercial space at 926 Elizabeth Ave. in Charlotte.  Charles Neil represented the tenant.
  • Wells Fargo renewed its lease for 15,199 square feet of office space in Reflections III at 208 Golden Oak Court in Virginia Beach.  Brian Devlin represented the landlord.
  • Family Dollar Stores renewed its lease for 7,875 square feet of retail space in Suffolk West Plaza at 837 West Constance Road in Suffolk.  George Fox and Caroline Zarpas represented the landlord.
  • Honey Baked Ham renewed its lease for 2,689 square feet of retail space in Towne Center West at 200 Towne Center West Blvd. in Henrico, Va.  Ali McCrickard and Brett McNamee represented the tenant.
