VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA (June 15, 2020) – Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of 56 transactions totaling $38,480,958 and 259,826 square feet of sold, leased and renewed commercial property throughout Virginia, Maryland, and North and South Carolina in May 2020.
Sale Transactions
- Vikramaditya Railan purchased the 53,430-square-foot Boulevard Medical Center medical office building at 8301 Arlington Blvd. in Fairfax, Va from HSRE-CAPMED Fairfax PC, LLC for $4.6 million. Joe Farina and Amit Grover represented the buyer.
- Capital Square Development, LLC purchased 1.32 acres of land at 320 and 328 West South Street in Raleigh, NC from Victory Tabernacle Church of Raleigh, NC, Inc. for $4.2 million. Zach Means represented the buyer.
- Transform SHS Properties, LLC sold the 22,180-square-foot former Sears HomeCentral Parts & Repair Center industrial building at 102 South Witchduck Road in Virginia Beach to Michael D. Sifen, Inc. for $3,000,000. Dave Redmond represented the seller.
- Corporate Park Associates 8, LC purchased six acres of land at 220 Corporate Blvd. in Norfolk, Va. from FHC Property Holdings, LLC for $2,250,000. Vivian Turok and Jason Oliver represented the buyer. Corporate Park Assoc. 8 is an affiliate of Robinson Development Group.
- Harbourview Partners sold five acres of land at 1030 Champions Way in Suffolk, Va. to Upstate Ent Properties, LLC for $1,050,000. Levi Thomson and Dave Redmond represented the seller.
- Mid-Atlantic IRA, LLC sold a 4,840-square-foot medical office building at 3204 Churchland Blvd. in Chesapeake, Va. to Summerb, LLC for $705,000. Jason Oliver CCIM, Vivian Turok, Amit Grover and Elizabeth Napolitano represented the seller.
- Thomas L. Jackson sold three parcels at 11 and 15 East Mellen St. and 14 East County St. in Hampton to Clark Building, LLC for $625,000. Missy Martinovich represented the buyer. The buildings at 11 and 15 East Mellen St. are two stories totaling 6,877 square feet. The building at 14 East County St. is one story with 1,472 square feet.
- Bruhl Chemical Trade, Inc. purchased a 1,500-square-foot office suite at 8819 University East in Charlotte, NC, from Gang Wu and Yue Xiong for $173,000. Charles Neil and Logan Winslow represented the buyer.
- MP of Clarksburg LLC, doing business as Manhattan Pizza, purchased 1,290 square feet of retail space in Highlands at Clarksburg at 23221 Stringtown Road in Clarksburg, Md from Pizza 500, LLC for $159,000. Robert Gray and Tony Thur represented the seller.
