Market Street Partners LLC purchased a 6,794 square-foot restaurant building on 1.29 acres of land located at 4167 Electric Road in Roanoke from Amaral Brothers LLC for $1.3 million. Jessica Johnson represented the buyer.
7 Brew purchased a 2,500 square-foot retail building on 0.58 acres of land located at 398 Denbigh Blvd. in Newport News from JMP Properties I, LLC for $1.1 million. George Fox represented the buyer.
Jonathan Rose and Partners purchased a 7,813 square-foot retail building located at 4915 Williamson Road in Roanoke from James D. Fralin for $850,000.00. Daniel Wickham represented the buyer.
