DIVARIS REAL ESTATE WELCOMES BACK DARLENE CRICK AS VICE PRESIDENT OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS
Virginia Beach, Va. (July 3, 2024) — Divaris Real Estate is thrilled to announce that Darlene Crick is rejoining Divaris as the Vice President of Property Management Operations. In her new role, Darlene will enhance Divaris Property Management Corp. (DPMC), leading operations and working alongside Property Management Services and New Business Development.
With over two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Darlene brings a wealth of expertise to her new role. Prior to rejoining Divaris, Darlene was a partner at Continental Capital Partners, LLC, a commercial real estate investment company. In her former role at Divaris, she served as Senior Property Manager and then Assistant Director, managing 1.7 million square feet of office, medical office, and retail shopping centers.
The addition of Darlene Crick to this leadership role strengthens DPMC, enabling Divaris to build on its success and continue delivering exceptional property management services. Darlene’s extensive experience and proven track record make her a valuable addition to the team.

Darlene received her RPA designation in 2004 and her CPM designation in 2007. She has been actively involved with the Institute of Real Estate Management since 2005 and served as President of the local chapter in 2012.
