Divaris Real Estate’s Richmond Office Sells Land Parcel to PRN Brewery
RICHMOND, VA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the sale of the 1.1 acres of land located at US Route 250 in Crozet, Virginia from Froehling & Robertson, Incorporated to 6135 Rockfish Gap, LLC for $850,000. Read Goode and Cheryle Toy of the Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate, brokered the sale on behalf of the seller.
The buyer will use the land for the expansion of the operations of Pro Re Nata Farm Brewery. PRN is described as hand crafted and home grown, set in the foothills of the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains. Started by Andrew Messina and Dr. John Schoeb, the brewery and tap room currently offers six flagships and a long line of experimental beers for every palate and season.
