TYSONS, VA (October 12th, 2022) – Divaris Real Estate, Inc is pleased to announce the signing of Harbor Freight Tools USA, Inc at the Easton Plaza Shopping Center located at 101 Marlboro Avenue in Easton, Maryland. The hardware store will occupy 16,200 SF in the center, joining other junior anchors including Family Dollar, Rite Aid, and Easton Bowl. Founded in 1977, Harbor Freight Tools has more than 1,300 stores nationwide, 15 within the Greater Maryland Area. Marcus Bourne of Newmark represented the tenant; Amit Grover and Joe Farina of Divaris Real Estate represented the landlord in this transaction.
