VIRGINIA BEACH, VA: Gerald S. Divaris, chairman and CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced that North American Development Group has hired DRE to lease Haygood Shopping Center located at 1021 Independence Boulevard in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
George Fox of DRE’s Virginia Beach office will be in charge of the leasing of available retail space in Haygood Shopping Center.
Haygood is the dominant grocery-anchored shopping center in the Pembroke submarket and home to over 30 popular retailers and restaurants.
Tenants in the 177,892-square-foot retail property include: Farm Fresh, Marshalls, Rite Aid, Dollar Tree, Payless Shoesource, Hair Cuttery, Tropical Smoothie, Gamestop, Radio Shack, Anytime Fitness, GNC, Jersey Mike, UPS Store, and Kelly’s Tavern.
