Langley Federal Credit Union renewed its lease for 4,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Willow Oaks Village Square located at 227 Fox Hill Road in Hampton, Va. Langley Federal Credit Union, based in Newport News, is an online banking lender ranging from personal and business loans to insurance and tax services for their members. Other major tenants in Willow Oaks Village Square include: Farm Fresh, Peebles, Rite Aid and SunTrust Bank. The Virginia Beach office of DRE handled the lease on behalf of the landlord, Willow Oaks Associates, LLC.
National Institute for Learning Development leased 3,193 square feet of office space in Harbour Breeze Professional Center located at 1540 Breezeport Way in Suffolk, Va. NILD is an international non-profit that builds the competence and confidence of students with learning challenges by providing them with NILD-certified and trained educational therapists. The landlord, HBPC, LLC, was represented by Krista Costa and Katherine Olson.
The Royal Chocolate renewed their lease for 1,729 square feet of retail space in the Town Center of Virginia Beach located at 164 Central Park Avenue in Virginia Beach, Va. Gerald Divaris, Erica Rorrer and Sezin Cortinas of Divaris Real Estate represented the landlord, Town Center Block 10 Apartments, in negotiations with the tenant. The Royal Chocolate is a high-end chocolate shop with classic favorites from around the world including gourmet apples, strawberries, truffles and more. Other tenants in the Town Center of Virginia Beach include: California Pizza Kitchen, Gordon Biersch, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Sonoma Wine Bar, Zushi Japanese Cuisine and Daily Grind Unwind.
